How can I purchase a ticket?
You can purchase your ticket by clicking here.

You can purchase your ticket online to reserve your time slot. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your time slot, we do not accept late walk-ins. If you arrive 10 minutes after your time slot, your ticket will no longer be valid.

What is the price for a ticket?

General admission is $20, each ticket is good for an hour. There will be other guests sharing the space with you please be courteous. Kids 10 and under are free with the purchase of a general admission ticket. Limited to 2 kids per ticket  We also provide Mini Instax camera rental for $10. With the rental of one of our cameras, you receive a new cartridge of instant photos (10 photos). We require anyone renting a camera to leave a valid ID as a security deposit.

Does my photographer need a ticket?

Yes, If you plan on bringing your own photographer, they need to purchase a ticket as well. Everyone that enters in our facility has to purchase a ticket, even if they are not taking photos. 

Is there a time limit?

Each ticket is good for 1 hour in the Social Factory. After your hour expires, you must exit the Factory and check out. If you do not exit when your time has expired, you will be subject to an additional charge of $1 per minute. Please note that there is a grace period of 3 minutes upon checkout.

Do you take walk-ins?
We take walk-ins as long as there is availability at the time of your walk in. If you need more time, you can always buy more. To ensure entry to the Social Factory, please purchase a ticket ahead of time.

Can I purchase back-to-back time slots?
Yes! You are more than welcome to book more than one slot back-to-back. Keep in mind that you will still need to check out and check back in when each time slot expires.

Can I bring lighting equipment?
No lighting equipment or stands are allowed during normal operating hours; private events only. Each space has been designed to give you the best experience with no additional lighting necessary.

Is there a place to change outfits?

We have bathrooms for you to use and/or change outfits in.

What is your refund policy?
No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Once you buy a ticket, it is yours. Also, tickets are non-transferable. 

Do you rent the space for parties and other special events?
Yes, you can rent our entire space for a party or special event.

Do you accept cash?

Yes, we do accept cash and any major Credit cards, PayPal,

and Apple Pay is accepted for ticket and merchandise sales.

Do you offer a military discount?
Yes! We offer a 10% military discount when you show your military id during checking in.

Do you offer a group discount?
Yes! We offer a group discount, groups of 10+ will receive a special discount please email the.social.factorytx@gmail.com to book your appointment. 

Is there a dress code?
All guests must be courteous with what they wear. No inappropriate attire will be allowed. Please know that our staff has the right to reject any outfits deemed inappropriate.

How is parking at Social Factory?
We have plenty of parking on our lot.
